Ancient Ovens Gluten Free Policy

  • On the day of your scheduled dining even, please let us know you have a gluten free guest coming.
  • Have gluten free guest bring a ready-made, two-pack gluten free pizza crust (must be in a sealed package, must be ready made crusts and not dough, and no personal toppings allowed.)
  • We will top one crust for a dinner pizza, with the toppings available, to the guest's request.
  • The other crust will be topped for the desert pizza.
  • Bring gluten free chips or crackers to dip the spinach artichoke dip.
  • Ancient Ovens cannot 100% guarantee zero cross-contamination allergenic food products prepared in our commercial kitchen.
  • Ancient Ovens reserves the right to accommodate guest with dietary restrictions as a secondary priority to our guests partaking of our standard meal served.
  • As always, Ancient Ovens dining is by reservation only.  At Ancient Ovens you are paying for a reserved seat, that happens to come with a four-course meal.
