  • Ancient Oven's famous "Italiano Teardroppas"...a light Mediterranean pastry wrapped around...a chopped green olive & cream cheese...spice filled medley..brushed with a robust garlic/herb/butter seasoning and bake to a golden brown crispness

  • Main Course.....the PIZZAS!  Made in the Italian Neapolitan fashion...lightly topped with a thin, soft crust...charred from wood-fired oven baking. 
    • Hand Rolled Pizza dough made from scratch daily
    • Ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, hearty mozzarella, fresh spinach leaves, thinly sliced fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, fresh Italian sausage,  and other fresh ingredients cooked to a bubbly topping with a crispy golden brown crust...in only about 1.5 minutes...in the 650 to 750 degree heat of the wood fired oven
    • Served Buffet-Style with over 30 different pizza combinations to choose from.
